Planning and Listed Building Consents Granted for Alterations to Grade II Listed House
Leeds City Council have granted planning permission for the proposed alterations to this Grade II listed property in the Colton Conservation Area. The proposals include widening an opening in the extension, enhancing natural light at the rear of the house, improving the driveway and replacing the entrance gates.

Planning Consent Granted for extensions and alterations
Harrogate Borough Council have granted planning permission for proposed alterations to a private house in the historic Moor Park estate, near Harrogate. The proposals include new extensions, garage conversion and a new detached garage with studio over.

Green light for Grade II listed Vineyard House!
We are very excited to achieve planning and listed building consents for the sensitive alterations to the former St Michaels Institute in Headingley, for Leeds Vineyard. This Grade II listed building will become a fantastic community resource in North Leeds!
